This excellent pop trio had a great success in Brazilian radios in 2013 with the song “Børn af natten” – The first musical success in Brazil sung in danish!
Panamah is a Danish trio specializing in pop electronic design in a number of different genres such as folk, house and electro, but with there own style. Danceable, cool and experimental, and also melodic, catchy and present. The band is composed by DJ and producer Anders Christensen, guitarist Peter Lützen and singer Amalie Stender. Together they create a fusion of their own individual styles that result in something quite unique.
On tour in Brazil in August 2016 the band has a complete formation of 6 musicians: voice, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, percussion / backing.
Their first single “Not Too Late” was released in their native language in March 2010 and quickly hit the airwaves. In April, the remix of Boom Clap Bachelors was announced as the choice of the week in the Danish national radio, which propelled the band into the mainstream. Later they followed with big hits “DJ Blues”, “Børn af Natten” and “Sma stöd” – all from their second album. Now, six years after, two albums and an EP, Panamah is ready to step out of the Danish scene and give the rest of the world a chance to hear their Scandinavian pop.
