Guideline for handling complaints

Danish Cultural Institute (DCI) has a formal guideline for handling all complaints regarding DCI, including programmes in which the institute is the lead partner.

The complaint mechanism is pre-screened to determine if it concerns a sensitive complaint (possibly related to corruption, sexual misconduct, abuse or other violations of DCI’s Code of Conduct) or an operational complaint (possibly related to DCI’s work, including partnerships and collaboration guidelines).
